Amana Bank partnered with the Zonal Education Department of Kalmunai which organized the model exam for the grade 5 students who are preparing for the 2013 Scholarship Exams in the Kalmunai zone. More than 2400 students got benefited from this initiative which covered more than 60 schools in the zone. The staff members of the Bank's Kalmunai and Nintavur branches along with 250 academic staff took the responsibility of arranging and supervising the examinations with the guidance of the Kalmunai Zonal Education Department.
Through this program, the students were able to attempt the model exam paper and get them prepared by simulating a real exam environment prior to sitting the main exams which are scheduled to be held during August.
Speaking on this program the Bank's Vice President, Consumer Banking and Strategic Marketing Mr Siddeeque Akbar said" We are proud to partner with the Kalmunai Zonal Education Department in carrying out this model exam. We hope the students have benefited from this program and wish them all their best in their upcoming exams".
