Amana Bank announced the commissioning of its latest ATM at the recently opened Cool Planet Department Store, located at 149 S.D.S Jayasinghe Mawatha, Nugegoda. The multi-storeyed Department Store houses leading international brands and also has a multi-cuisine food court.
The new ATM was inaugurated by the Bank’s Chief Operating Officer Imtiaz Iqbal along with the presence of VP- Business Banking Irhsad Iqbal, AVP – Corporate Banking Rajendra Jayasinghe, Customer Relationship Manager Manjula Peiris and Cool Planet Head of Retail Imran Iqbal.
Commenting on the opening the Bank’s Chief Operating Officer Imtiaz Iqbal stated “We are pleased to have established an ATM at Cool Planet Nugegoda facilitating shoppers convenient access for withdrawals and balance inquiries. We are thankful to the management of Cool Planet for having us on-board.”
Appreciating Amana Bank’s initiative Cool Planet’s Head of Retail Imran Iqbal said “The availability of an ATM in our new store in Nugegoda will undoubtedly enhance the convenience of transactions for our valued shoppers. We are thankful to Amana Bank for making our department store a one stop shopping destination equipped with an ATM”
Also sharing his views Amana Bank’s VP-Business Banking Irshad Iqbal said “Leveraging on the success of our Self Banking Centres, this is the first time Amana Bank has established an ATM inside a department store. We believe this ATM will be of convenience to many shoppers at Cool Planet.”
